our mission

To Protect the Osa Peninsula's rainforest, its biodiversity, and its people. In doing so, we balance the socio-economic needs of communities with environmental imperatives to create a sustainable future.

our vision

We organize and maintain a biological corridor connecting Corcovado National Park to the Golfo Dulce in the Osa Peninsula, protecting the most biodiverse rainforest on earth. We achieve and sustain this while providing year-round economic opportunity for local families, a unique area for scientific research, and recovered lands for regenerative agriculture.

THE OSA PENINSULA

Just 0.001% of Earth's land, yet home to a staggering 2.5% of all species. Experience the unparalleled biodiversity of the Osa Peninsula.

The richness of life in the Osa Peninsula is irreplaceable. We strive to strike the perfect equilibrium between agriculture and forests, because both can co-exist and flourish.

HEART OF THE OSA

join the collective

We're bridging the divide by aligning corporate missions with those of local nonprofits. The Osa Peninsula of Costa Rica is our proving ground for a revolutionary socio-economic-environmental model - a beacon of hope that can inspire change globally.

GSC is a true collective that brings together for-profit and nonprofit organizations to form meaningful partnerships that combine efforts, amplify impact, and enable organizations to achieve mutual goals.
